HORSETV MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF THE HORSE
CHANNEL
The Horse Channel is the First Television
Destination to Harness the Interest, Enthusiasm and Attraction
that Tens of Millions of People Have with Horses

Media Group, Inc., a diversified media company providing television
and video programming for owners, riders, breeders, and lovers
of horses and equestrian sports, announced today that "The
Horse Channel" has been selected as the name of the exciting
new television channel that will provide viewers of all ages
entertaining and informational programming focusing one of the
most compelling and thrilling content areas in this country .

Having completed funding in late March 2005, The Horse
Channel will become available as a 24 hour-a-day television
channel in the fall of 2005. The Horse Channel is an all-encompassing
destination for entertainment and information involving horses
which will be available as a subscription channel viacable
and satellite. The company is currently in discussions with
cable and satellite companies regarding distribution of the
network and will be sharing further information as it becomes
available.
"The Horse Channel will provide viewers with a variety
of programming focused on horses and horse related events,
competitions, stories, recreation and the lifestyles that
we share with horses," said George Greenberg, Chairman and
CEO of HorseTV Media Group. "We are very encouraged on with

the general public. Our recently completed market research
has reinforced our direction to be the destination of choice
for everyone interested in horse programming on television."
The Horse Channel will offer
a wide variety of programs, from world class competitions and
high-stakes rodeos, to classic horse movies, amazing real-life
stories, and the funniest home videos of horses gone "harmlessly haywire." The
company has been actively acquiring broadcast rights to both
domestic and international equestrian competitions as well
as television and video libraries relating to horses and
horse-related activities. In addition, the company has begun
producing its own original programming.
